The hotel in general was very well kept inside and out.
Room staff did not check the room or clean it after our first night stay.

The hotel was satisfactory overall however the room staff did a poor job in making sure the room was cleaned and provides fresh linen. I was very unhappy about this and let the desk clerk know that this was unacceptable and he agreed to give us a written statement as to what happened. He claimed that the hotel had a 100% customer satisfaction rule. ...read more
